Q What is the Maritime NHL’ers for Kids all about?
Founded in 1999 by NHL Coach Rick Bowness and several business leaders in the Halifax
area, Maritime NHL’ers for Kids is a non-profit organization dedicated to establishing long
term, sustainable funding to help remove the financial barriers that prevent young
maritime boys and girls from playing minor hockey.
